It is the policy of 5150juice.com (part of InCali, LLC) to respect the privacy of its customers and the people doing business through its service.  As such, all information presented here WILL NOT be sold or distributed to any business, person, or entity, unless necessary to complete the sales transaction. 

 

Disclaimer: 

WARNING:  Extremely Potent.  Use Caution.  Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, anyone with a known history of heart disease, or those sensitive to caffeine.

 

Recommended Use:  Start with one teaspoon (about 83 mg of caffeine).  Add it to your favorite beverage (water, juice, etc).  Do not exceed 200-400 mg per day. 

 

For Best Results: Store Caffeine Solution in a Warm Area.

If you change your mind - you may return your 5150 Liquid Caffeine product within 14 days of purchase.  Note:  At least 75% of the product must be returned -- No Exceptions!

Accessories are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact us for an RA # (Return Authorization Number).

  2. After receiving your RA# -- Send the product to:

  3. Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt.

  4. Also, include your email address (this is where your refund will be sent to via PayPal, or Google Checkout).  No exceptions.

  5. Last, include a 500 word essay (just kidding -- no essay is required).

  7. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

    You will be charged the amount it cost us to ship the package(s) to you -- even if the offer was for free shipping.  Seriously, don't complain about this - we only charge the price it cost us - not a penny more.

     

Shipping Information:
 

OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE:  Please note that you have the option of adding insurance when placing your order.  The insurance covers the actual cost of the loss - not the insurance coverage amount you chose.  If you opt for the insurance coverage and something happens (lost, rifled, or damaged) these are the steps to be taken:

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • Take pictures and anything else that will help resolve the case quicker.

  • We will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • We will not send you a 'free' replacement while the claim is being processed.  You are welcomed to re-order.

  • Once the claim is processed and found to be in your favor - we will refund your money.

  1. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with the following return address:

  2. Free shipping available for the United States only.   

  3. Money Orders / eChecks:  Product(s) are shipped upon clearance of the money order or eCheck, this usually takes 2-7 business days.  Please make the money order out to 'InCali LLC'.  No exceptions. 

  4. Products are shipped usually within 2 to 4 business days.    However, in some cases (such as special orders) it may take longer.   

  5. Shipping (time in transit) usually takes 2 to 3 business days once it is shipped (can take longer in some situations, such as Christmas time).   

  6. If your package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, or for any reason, and you would like the package re-shipped -- you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges.  If you want a refund because of a returned item - the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the sale amount.   

  7. If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held liable.  INSURANCE is available. 

  8. Canadian, Australian, & UK Orders:  Please contact us for shipping prices.  Please Note:  Once your package leaves our facility we can no longer be responsible for it.  If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held liable. 

  9. By placing your order with us you agree to these Terms.
