  Here's Why.  It is nothing more than an irrigation syringe that is used to clean wounds.  The syringe in question is designed to not accept hypodermic needles (we repeat - NOT ACCEPT NEEDLES). 
 

The syringe also comes with a warning label that reads: 

Warning:  Do not attempt to use this syringe in anyway not described here.  This novelty item is only to be used to inject 5150 Juice into a beverage.  Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury or even death.  To use – remove the cap on the bottom and inject into your beverage.
